i put in for a holiday ages ago , but today i got an item to post on a date i am away on holiday ,should i post it when i get back or keep the stamped addressed envelope..

You should post it on the same day at the same time on the week following. Thats the general advice when you miss a posting day for whatever reason.

I have got my new stamps today as well, they look fab!
I don't mind which stamps they send, i am just very grateful for free stamps :) I even gave some to my m um and my mother in law last week, as i keep being asked to do extra sendings and get extra stamps as a thank you.

I have done a couple of misdelivery surveys, but i also have a great postie and nothing to report. Unlike one of my post boxes, always have queries when i send things. The post mark is always a couple of days later than i put it in the box! Oh well it is good to know for when i have to send private stuff, i just need to walk further to a box that actually gets collected daily!

I really enjoy this, i hope everyone else is getting on alright :)

I got my stamps today, all smal 1st class ones, with the new paperclip design on them. They have sent me lots to post over the next couple of weeks but I haven't received many to register on the site. I have some where I post two on the same day so not too bad. I have done about 3 misdelivery which is nice and easy as our postman is quite good so I usually only get correct addressed stuff.

  • Personally I can't see how the new design will stop me soaking the unfranked stamps off the envelope as I normally do and then sticking them down with glue???? Will try it and find out if I get one thats unfranked!

  • I am in the middle of doing a mis delivery survey not had any yet cos my postman is brillant but while I was out DH took a phone call from the post office enquiring if I was doing it Have they ever rung anyone else?

I have completed 2 mis delivery surveys. The 1st one I was not rung for and the 2nd one (Completed last Saturday) a nice chap rang and made sure that I had received eveything I needed and that I understood everything and if I had any questions:D

Is this normal and do they just send you something through the post or should I try again ?

    Thanks.

Hi, can anyone help with the above ?
