One of my postboxes was so full that some lettere were sticking out of the postbox. I had popped my survey mail in, but took it back out again. This box appears to be a problem, sometimes it can be three days before it is emptied.

Might be worth giving your local sorting office a call & telling them. It would be a disaster if you had posted an important letter and it was still sitting at the bottom of 3 days posting.

Hi all I wonder if I can pick your brains... I am doing the Royal Mail survey and my latest schedule lists the posting type as 'Response Services' rather than the usual Stamped. Does anyone know what this means? Also I have been sent a sheet of yellow stickers - what are these for? Any help would be appreciated!

Just have a look through the envelopes they have sent you for the week. There will be one which probably already has an address pre-printed on it and it is also probably freepost or prepaid.

The yellow stickers are what they used to send when you received a piece of mail which does not have an R number. They are being phased out so you will probably not need them.

The rule of thumb with this suvey is that they will tell you what you need to know when you need to know it. In the meantime you should be able to get answers to your questions by reading the FAQs and the training documents on the website. If you can't access the training then you can request that they ssend them to you as a separate document.
Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...

Gosh, hadn't even noticed the new stamp design until checking in with you all - and I even put one from this month's stash on a mother's day card yesterday!

I won once in about the same time period. They send you an email to tell you that you've won so don't worry that you need to keep checking the list (although I still do this as I'm nosey!) What I mean to say is that you don't have to contact them if your name is on the list, they contact you. Good luck!
