Royal Mail Surveys

Oh dear, some of you may recall seeing my other posts on here asking how long it takes to get your first pack for this survey lark.
Well, a couple of days ago, I received a brown envelope with two letters in to post next week some time. Obviously I was a little confused so went onto the website to see if I could find anything out. When I checked, it seems as though I should have had two packs before this one (I registered to do this on 5th March) and also like I should have done some posting already!!
I sent an email to them advising of this and the fact that I had had no guidelines and indeed no stamps! I did get a reply after two days saying that it had been noted and that they would send them out to me.
I just hope they don't penalise me for not posting something I never received!!
Has anyone else experienced this??

Just have a look through the envelopes they have sent you for the week. There will be one which probably already has an address pre-printed on it and it is also probably freepost or prepaid.
The yellow stickers are what they used to send when you received a piece of mail which does not have an R number. They are being phased out so you will probably not need them.
The rule of thumb with this suvey is that they will tell you what you need to know when you need to know it. In the meantime you should be able to get answers to your questions by reading the FAQs and the training documents on the website. If you can't access the training then you can request that they ssend them to you as a separate document.
Thanks that is really helpful :A0 -
