I emailed them as I'd not heard anything at all since my trial finished, and I just got the standard email that others on here have had saying I'm not needed...just a shame they couldn't be bothered to tell me till I contacted them
When did you e-mail them? I emailed them very early yesterday morning because I haven't had anything to post since my second week of training either (next week will be my 4th week of nothing) and I haven't had a reply yet?
I guess I'm just waiting for the 'sacking' e-mail too. I have just spent the last 3 weeks checking my e-mails a few times a day to see if they had sent me one yet so at least I'll know where I'll stand if they do 'sack' me!!! 0 -

Exact same happened to me. I returned all items as asked. Almost 4 weeks later and I'm still receiving items with smarts and no sign of stamps I've been promised. So annoyed I feel like just throwing them all away. :mad:This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I was asked to do a miss delivery survey a few weeks ago and have heard nothing back usually i get the vouchers and miss delivery paper work a few days after being asked, has this happened to anyone else lately, i was a bit worried they had got lost in the post.
Im usually asked a few weeks before to do a misdelivery survey and get the stuff the week before. I was asked to do one starting this week in the beginning of Feb and got it a week ago.0 -

This happened to me must have been about 5 weeks before I got all the details.Dont understand the misdelivery bit surely if its got the wrong address I wont get it
Have you ever received post intended for a neighbour? That would be a misdelivery. (I managed to get 3 today out of 8 items of mail!)0 -

Yes, that would be classed as a mis-delivery because both the name and address are wrong. If it is your address but a different name it is not a mis-delivery.luckycharlie wrote: »
