    Ive had 1 postmarked Manchester, with the date n time to be posted written on the back of the envelope.

    I use post it notes too, then they can be removed and the postie doesnt see it

    To be fair, it only took me 15 minutes to fill envelopes this week because they ALL needed SMARTs inside. It's all getting funky now.

    I emailed them as I'd not heard anything at all since my trial finished, and I just got the standard email that others on here have had saying I'm not needed...just a shame they couldn't be bothered to tell me till I contacted them :rolleyes:

    I was asked to do a miss delivery survey a few weeks ago and have heard nothing back usually i get the vouchers and miss delivery paper work a few days after being asked, has this happened to anyone else lately, i was a bit worried they had got lost in the post.

    This happened to me must have been about 5 weeks before I got all the details.Dont understand the misdelivery bit surely if its got the wrong address I wont get it:confused:
