Yeah, I'm with the meatloaf - yummy! Just take some bread (stale is perfect) stick in the blender with the meat, an onion, any mix of herbs and then put in a tin and bake. Serve up in slices. if you wanna get a bit fancy, mix some minced beef in with it too - there's no way you can go badly wrong.0

Sausage kievs were my 6 year olds invention...
I use bouison garlic and herb cheese (the mini cubes in a pot) but you could use cream cheese instead. Flatten out the sausagemeat (probably about 75g worth) put the cream cheese/bouison in the middle, then shape into sausage shapes. Dip in egg then breadcrumb. Bake for about 25 mins.0 -
Sausage Shepherds Pie - mix it with a chopped onion, some brown sauce and a couple of beef oxos and top with mashed potato, yummy!0

I used to do something similar but with a jar of sweet and sour sauce. It was the only way my kids would eat sweet & sour - didn't like it with chicken (weird kids, eh!)fragglerock80 wrote: »Quick, easy comfort food, roll sausagemeat into balls put into a casserole dish with a jar of Homepride curry sauce, cover and heat on gas mark 4 for 1 hour, serve with rice, YUM! :j
