    Well if you were using PPW when you said, you will have his number as it was sent out in email 3/6/08 (which I still have) to all registered users. Consult the previous thread it;s probably posted there and you can read accounts other people having contact with them.

    Look I've caught red handed, give up. Get another login and try and again.

    it would cost me £5.08 with parcel 2 go with the discount which is more then i paid for ppwexpress as i got a good rate.
  • all the other resellers companys would charge about £7.50 for that size, it didnt ask for my postcode before it gave me that price

    i think you are lucky dhl didnt change you foor oversized.. cos they could have as thats bigger then for the basic price im sure of it.

    In the end im sure the answer will be the same PPWEXPRESS didnt pay DHL for the collections and this was the same as PPD

    dhl server was just down for a few hours. I have used 2 DHL agents to send the parcels (PPPexpress has a late cut off time). So i know that is problem from PPPexpress itself. We have booked some parcels via pppexpress on thursday morning. Driver did come, but refused collecting the parcels booked via pppexpress. He just took the rest of parcels we booked from other agent. We have received an email from PPPexpress this morning. They have closed their website due to technical problems. I have to rebook the collections via other agent this morning. Now I am thinking how do I get refund for the parcles we have booked with them on Thursday?
