I agree really. I'm not daft enough to expect the world nor that everything will be perfect all the. Just some comms on the situation, even if it is bleak it's much better than being left in the lurch.
Still at least they have sent that email through. which is more than the likes of payperdrop ever did.0 -
payperdrop is ppwexpress had some of the same staff and site stuff was mirroed like the emails etc0
-
never used payperdrop, so i dont know, but where should i book for monday as its too late to do anything today?0

I called DHL and they would not go into detail but told me that the account "9491279" has been frozen until further notice?
Again it's not.
Please say you're not another person trying it on and making the most of PPWs problems for your own personal gain. As it looks like it to me.0 -

I send about 200 parcel's a week.. I have nothing to gain by them going under just about £1500 in lost monies that we prepaid to them. in fact im gonna start doing loads of paypal claims as i spoke to them about 8.40 and now they kill the website and then the phone lines.. thats NO way to look after your customers.. a simple message on the site.
Due to some problems we are unable to offer DHL collections until ... but no they delete website and close phone lines.. im sorry that is BAD!
i dare you to disagree!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLUS the lady told me she would call me back to confirm that my 30 collections plus 20 new ones would be collected today! and my DHL driver comes about 11.20 and he come to delivery a customer return and didnt take 1 of them! so i think you are wrong!!!
if johnlewis could not provide a service would they close the site and not answer the phones? no they would not.. they would be there giving info to the customers..0 -
you are right it is poor , but paypal wont help as ppw offer a service and its not covered by paypal refunds policy.0
