parcelcheap did collect my parcels when pwe folded..
i do agree some are spamming but at the same time its good to share good/bad services.
MAYBE there should be a group who use and advise of pros an cons from experience not personal pref

my issue with parcelcheap would be they use parcelforce, who managed to mix up address's on two items last time i used them, and damage both items.
the claim process was horrific, they kept sending me random letters for weeks on end. and then finally offered me about 10% of the price back which i refused, insisting i deserved a full refund.
8 weeks later i got my money back and promised to never use them again.:grouphug:
