If they do intend to open up again, why not just advise that they were having problems and to use another courier service in the meantime without naming a specific company?
Granted for those of us in the know, the company they advised us to use is crap but they are cheaper than PPW.
It just doesn't make sense.
Still no refund :mad:0 -
sounds to me like its another reseller gone belly up/done a runner with not paying the bills
however sending an email linking ot another reseller sounds like they have just set up another account making me think its the 2nd option0 -

Interparcel
Booking Cut-off 10am-2pm (DHL 10am, £50 Insurance) (TITAN 2pm, £50 insurance) (Automated) DHL Interlink City Link TNT DPD
TITAN (TNT) Up to 50KG/3m Length- <30KG £13.94 <50KG £42.68
+ Titan service is useful for long items, also has late cut-off
- Prices are poor, service is ok, but not brilliant
I think there is few things worth adding to Interparcel.com
+ They offer wide selection of couriers, automatic rebooking system, insurance claims are dealt promptly, their system generates invoices automaticaly in .pdf, all customers who have accounts with them can check their order history and store credit or debit card details for future orders. They also offer same day delieveries with DHL
- I use their Titan service mainly and they had really big number of failed collections lately (don't know why as they were brilliant before), never had issues with international services UPS and DPD but there were few failed collection with DHL. Another minus is that you can't make bulk orders and each order must be booked separately.
Hope this helps0 -

I am sure that others will be owed a lot more.I hope I never get so old I get religious...... Ingmar Bergman0 -
God, I haven't got the time to read this thread in full but from what I gather PPW have gone/are about to go bust?
What is now seen as the next best alternative for a similar service? Thanks in advance.0 -

So maybe you should phone them again on Monday. Did you pay through PayPal?
I will phone again on Monday but up until now only getting an answering machine.
I am just annoyed that I have to spend even more money phoning them to get a refund that they promised.
Yes I paid through Paypal and have filed a dispute as you will see from my previous posts.I hope I never get so old I get religious...... Ingmar Bergman0 -

If you have filed a dispute then I wouldn't bother keep trying to ring them.
Just escalate it to a claim and if they don't respond then you should get your money back.0
