Rainmac you did make me laugh with your can't do list! Can't help you with many but Toad in the hole DH swears by 6oz flour, 6 eggs and 1/2 pint of milk and doesn't overwhisk it, puts it in oven with some lumps in it still! Comes out appx 6" tall much to his delight on every occassion!
Becs
Thanks Becs, going to try that one. I can do yorkies in muffin tins but toad in the hole has always defeated me, maybe not any more...:D:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Rainmac what have you written on the little tags? Also are there any insturctions on how to do it all? I was going to do something similar to this and add some marshmellows on sticks then cover them in chocolate and then its used as the spoon to stir it all together, i saw it in a shop in bath. xx
I used the pics on this site to give me the idea of what I wanted the soup to look like... http://www.essentialpackagingstore.com/projects/snowmansoup.php. My tags came from this site too. I used enough instant hot chocolate powder, choc chips (guess work) and marshmallows (guess work again - I added about 20 mini ones) for 2 servings in each cone and added a candy cane to the outside.
I love your marshmallow idea, may have to nick that if I do these again next year:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

Am I the only one that thinks these cello cones are a tad on the expensive side? If you only buy 15 it costs roughly 14p a bag...I have searched everywhere to try and track down any other sellers. I have e-mailed flowerhour but have not had a reply and have just e-mailed the Canadian company re costs and postage. I will let you know when /if I get a reply.
I think they are great but cant see there being much profit for those wanting to do them for school fair and the like!0 -
Mine are for gifts so not so bad but i do know what you mean.
I will have a look round.
I found some in America 3p per bag minimum order £50.00 we should have all got together. Maybe next year!! Officially Debt Free Nov 2012 :beer:0
