My opening credit limit was 500 and that was over 4 years ago. Besides my very first payment being late due to my mistake not realising it would take a few days for my online payment to be processed, I've never been late paying nor have I ever spent over my limit - yet my limit has never been increased!!!
I only went for the classic card as this was the first ever credit card I applied for so I felt it might be the easiest to get - which probably is true, although I had a very healthy credit report and salary. So I was kicking myself after wishing I applied for one of their better cards at the time.
A week after receiving the card I applied for another from Nationwide and was given a limit of 4 500.0 -
Was that always your apr or did they change it? If they changed it where did you find this out?
