thanks loopy girl i phoned them whilst at work and they told me that i would have my card before friday somehow im not counting my chickens!!you cant change yesterdaybut you can make tomorrow better0

Yet again no card!!!
If it fails to materialise by tomorrow I'm phoning them up and telling them they can shove their card... sideways.
It's been weeks since they accepted my application now! It's getting rediculous!

I am INCREDIBLY annoyed.
Ive just phoned up, and they've said that they have new information.
"I can assure you that you will receive your card on or before the 17th (Next Friday)"
I am furious, they said that last week, now they're doing it again.
She gave me the number of the customer services team (08458400400) to call *IF* I don't receive it next week, so even she isn't holding out hope.!
I am not amused.0 -

In a queue but have to get small person from school...will call when I get back and let you both know how I get on and if I don't get a satisfactory answer I shall be right on to Customer Services straight after...never mind bloody telling me I have to be let down 3 times before I can call.

Ok, I just tried to call the "customer satisfaction" number or whatever she gave me, it's the same bloody number! Grr! As if I wouldn't already have it, I was calling her on it.

Well I just phoned and the man said that I would have the card on or before 10th...so he said you WILL have you card tomorrow.
I asked if my card had ben sent out and he said that it was ready for dispatch and is going to be posted out to me today so I have it tomorrow.
I don't believe a word of it but I can't start demanding to speak to managers etc if he is saying this to me. Tomorrow however, will be a different matter.....:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
When I am due to pay on my card, I am going to phone and guarantee payment. Then phone and say I had 'problems with my finances' and guarantee payment for the following week.....they should be okay with that surely?!!!!! What's good for the goose and all that.....!!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0
