T K Maxx :) It was £25, but it should have been more. It was actually in the "ski" section, but they seem to shove all of the outdoor stuff together.

  • Completed 3rd run of week 3 today but using Week 3 from http://www.kissmyblackass.org/?page_id=86.

The runs are out of sync and there is an extra 1 1/2 minute run. Exhausting but the music was so much better. Think I will stay on week 3 for a little longer though as not ready for longer runs.;)

Did my 20 min run using Suz's podcast. I found it better having music with words, and I used to like 5ive. It was hard, but not as bad as I thought it would be. And it was the best feeling ever when I'd finished.

I also passed another runner on the way. He was running one way round the village, and I was running the other, so we passed twice! He was running faster than me, though, and looked less exhausted.

Where is everyone else? Is anyone about to do their 20 minute run or just done it? Drea, have you got your !!! in gear yet?

EDIT: clearly, I am not allowed to say the word for a large donkey.

I have a Creative Zen mp3 player. I love it :) I treated myself to it to encourage me to run more.

I got my Sony Walkman mp3 player free with a credit card (Barclay's Pulse I think)- which I found out about on MSE a while back. It's been great.

A bit of a faff I know, but maybe you could burn the tracks onto a CD, then import the CD into itunes and put it onto your ipod that way?
