Ah, but think about how lovely and toned they're becoming. :D

You cannot live as I have lived an not end up like me.

Oi you lot - please :heart:GIVE BLOOD  - you never know when you and yours might need it back! 67 pints so far.

one bad note was jogging past a reeeeeealy fit looking bloke, and there i was with snot dribbling again.
    damn you cold lol

I really feel for you - that's why I don't go out til 7pm to do mine - all the hot men seems to go out about 5pm so I wait til later so I have a mile long stretch of road to myself!

The amount of snot I get rid of during runs is amazing - best cure for a cold easily!

As for sweating on iPods - I always put mine in one of the foster brats' socks to protect it. I do have some proper iPod socks somewhere but any will do. I really need to think about getting an armband for mine, but I can't justify paying out the best part of £20 for one when a sock from primark does the job just as well!

I went out on my first run in a week last night due to the shin splints and no pain at all today - yay!

    True!

Went for my 2nd run today and they are still aching - I sound like an old woman when I get up and sit down.....and that's just on week 1!! :o

And despite running, extra dog walking and eating healthily, I only lost 1lb this week.

Yes but - you might have lost 2lbs of fat and gained 1lb lean muscle (or that's how I try to convince myself when my weight isn't shifting as fast as I want it too :o:) )

    I've just done my 2nd week 5 run 2 :D

I did it properly yesterday, and then did another run today. I actually did a just over 10 min run, then a short walk, then a just over 8 min run.

I've also bought a running jacket. It's orange, and fleecy on the inside but smooth on the outside. It has a long zip with 2 zippers, so you can zip down from the top like normal but can also zip up from the bottom.

Did it feel okay to run again without a day break in between?

I have completed run 2 of week 3 today and really have got the bug. I'm a little scared to stop in case it all goes again.

Cant wait to be doing as well as you and ~Daisy~.
