    Today's run completed :D

Not much to tell you, really. It felt ok. I think I'm starting to get an ear infection, but that's not really relevant.

  • Have a lovely time Webitha. I too am jealous and although I run in a gym, I would much prefer somewhere hotter!

Completed 3rd run of week 2 this morning and this felt much better than Friday - thankfully.

~daisy~ I would love to join you on week 3 but will be doing this on Wednesday if that is okay?

Does anyone else feel shattered about an hour after the run or is this just me :-)
