A huge good luck to everyone going out today if your weather is as bad as ours :rotfl:

And am happy to report I completed Run 1 of Week 2 today. Have dipped out of road running due to my work times, and the desire to avoid getting burnt lungs from the cold!

Drove to Wales to collect my bike this morning, a 5 hour, 170 mile round trip. And the bike's brill. Can't wait to ride it to work on Monday, and that will be Run 2 of Week 2 as well. Glutton for punishment or what?!?

Well done everyone who is doing it on the road, I will do road runs as and when I can, as it's certainly harder work than a cushy treadmill...!

    All the best!

    Eph xx

I've decided I prefer evening running. But try both, as I think some people here do morning running

I prefer running at night, but it will be a place you don't know so morning might be better. Hope you have a great time :D
