LOL bums legs and tums at a guess !!!
KM - def try week 2 - its honestly not that much harder
as for exercise - i just love it and working in a gym does kinda mean you have o show willing - practice what you preach and all that
which is what surprised me about this initally - not sure if you read any of my ramblings on this but i could pretty much do aerobics till the cows came home but cant run hence me finding this as hard as any of you
its a different kind of exercise i guess
right - week 2 and bring on the moaning
also - i knew i wouldnt run today and was doing 2 classes yesterday already but was really considering missing my running rest day to add another run in as well yesterday - addicitive aint it ???? LOL:j MFi3 wannabee :j

Yup, bums legs and tums.
I'm doing this because I kinda see running as the ultimate exercise, and I always hated being made to do it at school. It's also free to do, and I'm hoping to lose weight *points at sig*Murphy's No More Pies Club #209
