Yes but daisy that is just added torture not making us any fitter... If you feel that bad get out in the rain

Kidding, if I didn't have to pay I would also do it in the gym... I am usually a fair weather girl I can assure you

Thanks everyone. I think I probably did try to run a bit too fast, and it was into the wind too.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

Actually, I don't mind it in the cold and rain, keeps me cooler. But the wind is a nightmare, wasn't as bad as I thought tonight though, the rain had actually stopped by the time I left

Morning everyone...I know I moan alot about the running
but I just wanted to say thank you to Drea for starting the thread coz there is no way I would have even entertained it without knowing about the podcast and reading everyones experiences of it. So I know I moan alot (and the running is still ghastly) but I do feel good when I've recovered and I am pleased that I doing it :T See I don't moan ALL the time
only about running  0 -
Hi all. Missed Sundays run due to babysitting. Made up for it tonight though. Went on to Week 2 - forgot how difficult a step that was. Did feel very guilty on Sunday though for not going. Felt like I had skivved. Looking forward to the next one on Friday evening. :think:0

I'm not going to go out today. I have a poorly DS1(14) upstairs in bed and I feel pretty rough this morning myself.
I know - excuses, excuses

We have a Wii fit somewhere so I might just give that a bit of a go today instead.
Good luck to everyone who is going out today. I think extreme weather running should be made an Olympic sport in it's own right.
You cannot live as I have lived an not end up like me.
Oi you lot - please
