Hmmm, according to that if we carry on with only £200 a month OP's all mortgages will be paid off by May 17. With £500 on top of that, which is less than we are paying, it will be paid off by June 15. My target is end of Aug 16
That's brilliant gally!Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

That doesn't work
. I thought that was how I had done it before, they must have done something when they changed the board the other week. The only option is to change the title of the post, not the thread
For what it's worth, 'only' 88 months now :j

Well done on the progress and those targets, hopefully you'll benefit from the low interest rates now to Spring 2010 which seems to be a time when rates may start to rise?0 -
Fantastic GG, hope all plans go well x0

Mr RT
We were actually booked in for neck, back and shoulder massages plus facials and they were lovely
However it all went a bit pear-shaped after that and we are currently 'not speaking'. Let's just say if I had booked him in for aforesaid wax I would happily have administered it myself, and then some
Anyway, back to other matters........
Have done lots of mystery shops and 5 booked for today, including Sunday lunch(on my own
). So far I have had £15 to spend in supermarkets with another £5 today so that's taken care of the shopping :T. I did 2 coffee jobs in one day so remember now why I rarely drink proper coffee
, especially as I ended up in a very stressful situation at a clients (fortunately I saved the day
).
2 week booking for apartment with deposit already paid
Tax refund arrived and has gone into offset, as have 2 lots of tenants rent and some other bits n pieces
New tenant in mums seems to be settling in (as in I haven't heard from her)
Just had pilot switch replaced at one BTL & having a clean out done on heating system at other so that's £500 to pay out shortly. Coupled with credit card bill which included spends from Easter holiday and 1k plus Spanish tax bill it means there will be only a small drop in balances at end of month
So, quite a few's but 'wax man' outweighs them so the
's have it.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

To cheer myself up I [STRIKE]bought some shoes[/STRIKE] looked at daily interest on my 3 mortgages:
Jan 2008 £7.33, £12.15, £8.07 = £27.55
May 2009 £1.62, £2.47, £1.98 = £6.07
Wow, how good is that :T. Obviously, having paid only 17k off the balances in that time (thanks to my 9k car 'loan'), this is almost exclusively due to the drop in interest rates. How painful will this be when they start to rise again
PS I was ridiculously pleased to see the last one had dropped below £2 a day and will not rise above it again (has already gone back up to £1.99 but will drop to £1.97 on 1st June). Even I think it's sad to be pleased by that.:oA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
