    A little update

Wednesday finally Environmental health called me and we had a lengthy call on the matter.

I told her i was after the planning stuff and she is going to have a dig around, she said that they now have new powers concerning light pollution and things can be done, and i shouldn't be putting blackout etc up as it's the car park that has infringed on my life.

She's already put a stop to them running a huge generator all night for no reason than they have just left it on. they claim its to give power to the new houses they have built (they don't need power in these houses at night as they are still not completely built), walked the dog late last night and indeed the generator is off.

She's planning a late night visit next week to see me and see for herself, so a few of my neighbours have offered her to view from their rooms as well.

I will keep you posted as this is a little person against a big corporate company who think they are too big to take any notice of someone who can't sleep at night....
