We have been shopping at Morrison for nearly 12 years and are always able to keep our budget under control shopping there. We take advantage of any offers that allow us to stock up our cupboards with food items with a long shelf life. We also have good experiences of customer service. They replaced with fresh the next day some meat my husband forgot to pick up after paying for it and refunded on more than one occassion a food item which smelt off or we did not like. We continue to shop here but do buy some things at Tesco taking advantage of some of their offers too helped by being able to check out the prices on their website beforehand.
They have taken printed off vouchers when I bought the produst and non-printed off ones on some occassions when I did not buy the product although the official line is that you have to buy the item so it depends on how accommodating the sales assistant is.0 -
Got the Indian this morning and it was more than enough for the other half and my 2 kids aged 11 and 7(though the 7 year old doesn't like spicy hot food so didn't eat that much).Darren0

lol, no i was just expressing my opinion, they are by no means the best company to work for, i have worked for worse companys, but then again a lot better companys as well, they are so far behind the times in almost everything they do, i expect to go into work and find noahs ark in there, Dave
agreed about being behind, however this is down to the takeover of safeways as all the stores had to be converted to morrisons, also old ken morrison is a very shrewd business man and with him retiring now, may release all the ideas that board have to bring us up to speed, and lastly, bringing in the guy from hieneken has been a plus side.0 -

Cobra is a required taste, it is obviously on at that price to tie in with the indian meal as cobra is an indian brewed beer. I tried the beer, but not for me.0 -

Last xmas I spent quite a bit on a nice turkey crown breast for my family from Morrisons.
We found it dry when cooked and also a little piece of plastic inside.
When I complained the management couldnt have been more helpful. They refunded the difference immediately, sent a customer complaint form off to the factory it was prepared in and gave me wine, champagne, best top rib steaks, joints of beef all free of charge.
I also received another refund/compensation at a later stage when the complaint had been investigated.
I have always found their supermarket to be well set out and the staff very mature and friendly. There isnt too much choice on products, just enough and I dont feel as exhausted shopping there like I do when visiting large hypermarket ones. We like the cafe too, much better than tescos. Its definately my favourite and the special offers and discounts are a bonus.0 -
Do Morrisons give out a voucher if the special offers have gone in your local shop?" The greatest wealth is to live content with little."

Just been to my local Mollybogs and 3 guesses what we're having for tea?
I've always found their curry deals excellent value and the currys are scrummy, got some of the Cobra beer too, never had it before but I've no doubt we'll choke it down.
