mudbath, 2 hours walking is a fantastic amount! You don't need to run if you are walking THAT much!!

Sadly I don't manage that much every day though I'm going to try for the next few weeks and see if it helps shift some weight and help with my PMT - I AM NOT IN A BAD MOOD DO YOU UNDERSTAND!!!!! - mmmm, maybe I need to walk for 24 hours a day to sort that out! :rotfl: xx

Is it? Where? That actually lured OH out of the shed but it's not on any channel we've got (just the four).

I really don't like these dark mornings! I find it so difficult to get up and moving in the winter :o

Payday today, so I need to look at that carefully to see what money needs to be moved into the old bank account to cover payments that will miss the "transfer" date, and to work out the monthly budget. I am hoping that it will allow me to make a small overpayment, just to make me feel better, but I am not expecting miracles!

I have my fortnightly meeting re the "download site" this evening, so another longish day. Hopefully I won't be working too late, because I really am tired! The energy boost from the running endorphins is taking its time to kick in

I hope you all have a good day!

hope you have a good day as well Hypno. I am going to take the enforced time I have at home to re-evaluate the things I do as I think I am seriously going to have to give up some of my teaching hours at the pool.

Have also in the last 12 hours found out my Aunt died (she was in her 80's and had been married 63 yrs) and one of my friends mum died suddenly at the hairdressers - both yesterday. Friend lost MIL four weeks ago suddenly and her DH is undergoing chemo so my lot is not so bad at all.

Anyway sorry to bore you all with that news.

DD has already nabbed my car as I'm not at work :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: but as we live in the country with little or no Public Transport thats ok. I'm sure I will be better off as I will only be doing half the journeys I was taking her places.

Speak to you all later - have a good one - weather looks good again today

Surfbabe, sorry about the news you've received - even when somebody has had a good long life, its difficult.

Hypno - I don't believe those endorphins kick in straight away, I think its just *hard* at first - people who say about that just don't know how unfit some of us are!

Anyway, I hope the download site is going well.
