    Egg! Bah, humbug!**

James 240 had similar problems with them around overpayments on his loan and that was over a year ago. You'd think they'd have managed to sort something as obvious out by now. They must waste hours of staff time each day. Still bad time to point this out, no doubt the economy needs these extra jobs at the mo.........

Lunar - still almost £13000 to pay off. Even though they are my current "target" for overpayments, it will be some time before it is cleared.

The Dragon - both barrels and then some.........God they have wound me up today.

KM, thanks for the tip about the competition - I will head over there this evening armed with suitable photos!

verbatim, yes I remember james having problems. I wouldn't mind if they could give me a straight answer, but they just keep changing what they say - almost like they are clutching at straws......"and the next random answer in the hope we can confuse the punter on the phone is........"

Taxi, the balance is right when compared to my snowball - that is almost why it is so daft, because I know they are not missing any payments!

I have wasted so much time on them, today.........
