I did ring them, but I am sure they just put the phone on the table and let me rant away to myself for all the good it does!

But YES, I will be using that anger in my run - probably means I will be so exhausted after a mile that I will have to stagger the rest of the way!

El, yes the NLP is pretty good - so simple but yet so effective!

  • Hey Hypno well done on driving down that debt :T

Wow only a tiny amount (relatively) until you are into the 30's. That will be a nice feeling likewise I'm aiming to be into the 20's by the end of next month.

Keep up the good work and the PMA.

I've got to ask whats a NLP? Have I missed something along the line?

Hey Hypno, how long again is it since you started running? 0-6 miles in next to no time at all I think. I'm toying with the idea of signing up for a 3-mile race a month from now but I haven't run at all since July. Will I get fit in time.... (obviously I'm posting here as I know you'll tell me to do it).

Grrrrr to Egg loans. What incompetent losers. How great it will be when we are shot of these shysters.

I did 6 miles tonight :j It felt fantastic (although a little tiring in places!).....I am so pleased with myself.

Seaxwyn, I have gone from 0 to 6 miles in 3 weeks which I have to admit is a lot better progress than I would ever have expected. So DEFINITELY go for the 3 mile race at the end of the month - you can do it for sure - you managed to do 3 miles not so long ago so you will be able to do it again before you know it.

Egg - well, what can I say - they reckon their system can't cope if you make an additional payment within 14 days of your direct debit being due..........what system are they using for goodness sake - one that is operated by a 3 year old? Although that is a little unfair to 3 year olds who I am sure are far more intelligent than Egg are.......

I will be so glad to get rid of them once and for all. Never again will I borrow money from Egg. Never ever ever.....
