Way hay! Another 5 squares and it's only Nov 3rd! Well done Hypno. Can't remember how much you pay as bog standard each month but does this extra £250 mean you're much more likely to be under £40k by the end of the month now?

We're all cheering you on and I'm convinced that it's a done deal once you've made the suggestion to yourself that you'd "quite like it".

    Well done GTD too.

It was like 5 weeks ago that you got into the 40s, wasn't it? Amazing stuff - with the various things you've got going on, I'm sure you'll be in the 30s before the end of the month. WTG!!!

thank you for the votes of confidence, but I don't think I will be overtaking anyone in the new year - much like seaxwyn has a tax bill to find, I have a ski season to fund.........

BUT, I will be in the 30s by the New year and that is all good, so I will be very happy with that!

GTD, what can I say!? Well done!! **reaches and gives a big pat on the back** :D A perfect start to parenthood. Good for you xx

Running tonight, but it is very foggy out there, so I will be driving into the city where at least there are pavements and street lights!
