    Morning everyone!

Haven't been on here since Thursday night before I went to aqua class, so had lots of catching up to do - it's taken me an hour!

Aqua class was a lot more energetic than I remember it being when I was a member before, and both my Mum and I ended up feeling a bit sick afterwards cos we overdid it. Ended up going round to my Mum's on Friday after work, and we stayed for dinner, so didn't go online then, and then yesterday I had my gym induction at 8am (there was frost on my car and I had to de-ice it cos it was so thick) and that really tired me out. I also had another shock though cos the scales in the changing rooms obviously aren't very accurate, cos when he weighed me on the electric ones, I was 2lbs heavier than on the other ones. Anyway, he told me not to worry about the weight, and concentrate on how my clothes fit, cos muscle weighs heavier than fat, but takes up less room. My Mum had her induction at 9am and than we went to Portsmouth shopping for a couple of hours before going back to her place for toasted sandwiches (yummy).

Was feeling really pleased with the work I've done in the gym, until I shuffled across the bed whilst watching tv last night, and have pulled something in the top of my right leg - I'm guessing this is what they call groin strain, but it still hurts today even when I'm just walking.

Well I'd best do the mealplans for the week and then be off to do the food shop, as I didn't feel up to it yesterday.

Is anyone up for a HHC in a couple of mins? 11=11.30?
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

I've done my teeth, disclosing tablet and all - Got DS1 to do one too and his results were much better than mine - at least I taught him well.

Bathroom now all clean - just boiling a kettle to flush the soda and vinegar down the plugs and then I'll finally have my shower.

DS2 and OH will be soaking when they get back poor things so I think it'll be cheese or beans on toast for lunch and there is some soup left from yesterday.

Roast lamb for a treat tonight but boy was it expensive.

DS1 is in his room so hopefully he is doing homework, DS3 is ominously quiet

I've done mine too... except I did mine falling off a chair trying to rehang curtains!

Because I am so excited!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!

I've already decided the arrangement of furniture to squeeze my tree in the front room.. and the other tree in the middle room... and the other tree in the back room!.. Me?! Excessive?!?!

I will just keep posting similarly scary posts so not one of you can be surprised when it gets to 23rd December... Christmas does NOT sneak up on us every year we KNOW it is going to happen so we may as well accept that and deal with it!
