dusty - well done at the NCT NNS! I love it when there's nothing much for me to bring home!
We didn't go to my sister's after all. I was up in the early hours with really bad stomach ache, for no obvious reason, and it took hours to go so I could sleep. DS1 has a streaming cold, and DS2 has a temperature. You can tell that we all have home grown five a day and extra vitamins, can't you?! I haven't felt well all day, and it has been so cold here too. I know that the acutal temperature isn't that low, but it's the change from last weekend when it was warm and sunny!
Are you all okay, no-one flooded out or blown away I hope?
Flying wise I have done little, apart from the weekly shopping and all the mountain of washing and also grafted the toe of the second sock. I have now made two pairs, and bought some pink random stripe to make a pair for my sister for C...you-know-what.
Deniseflower - well, I'm sure that your bedroom will be just as lovely when you've flyladied it! OH has said I can just go ahead and order the bedside chest of drawers, so I'll do that this week. By coincidence I was talking it over with DD and saying that I have some cross stitch pictures that I stitched before I had the children, and that I have never framed, and I could use those. I also have a chair that was my grandmother's - it is only a dining chair, but oak, and I was thinking of having the stain stripped, and recovering the seat with cream leather. I do like TKMaxx, and just occasionally let myself go and have a look, but the children will tell you that I am very bad about spending money on myself - I usually say, oh, I'll think about it, I don't really need it... I think I may nip over to the shabby chic thread and have a nose around. Lots of ideas on there!
Hi to moam!It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Happy Sunday Morning to you all. Not so happy for me as I have to be at work in an hour and I've not yet showered!
Have walked dogs, second load of washing going, need to hang washing on airer inside because it's raining.
Everyone is going great guns - especially Kaz and Christmasshopper. And pigpen - you took loads of your list too.
Right - I'm off to wake DS4 up cos he also has work at 10, shower, iron a work shirt, and leave!

Helloooooo
Haven't been on as have had a serious falloff the flylady wagon.
Completely lost my get up and go since about Wednesday so big apologies to pigpen as I know you go to a lot of trouble to post the lists. Feel free to give me a big kick.
Hope everyone is ok and welcome to all the new flyladies.
Have been working except for Friday when I had a day out 'date' with my OH as we dont very often get the chance to be on our own. We went back and had lunch at one of the places that we used to go when we first began seeing each other, cant do that very often as lunch was £40
.
Have still got no motivation today despite getting up and treating myself to a soak in the bath before going out. Have only done the shopping which I completely overspent (spent 2 weeks budget in one trip - remind me not to take OH and DD again) and apart from getting tea I havent done a thing. I'm cold but the heating is on plus I'm layered up and wearing a scarf indoors. Seriously hope I wake up in the morning with some get up and go as there will be loads to do.
Oh forgot spent Thursday night making a Frodo costume for DS' film star/charactor day on Friday so have done something (took about 6 hours!) Tried to upload a piccy but the image size is to big I think.
Anyway I will do what is needed tomorrow and start afresh on Monday.
Love to you all and see you all next week

Morning All
DH woke me up at about 5am because he hurt his arm when he went bowling last night! He's gone to A&E to see what they say as it's swollen and he can hardly move it - he says I felt it go pop while I was bowling and then I couldn't even hold a glass in that hand afterwards - so why didn't he get it looked at last night? He's supposed to be going to work but I don't know whether he'll be able to - and everyone else was out with him last night so there's no-one else to cover him! DD was supposed to be going with him as well so I don't know what will happen there.
Anyway, supposed to be taking the kids to Wacky Warehouse then MacDonalds later for their friend's birthday - DD wasn't going to go because she wanted to go with DH but looks like she'll be going now. That probably won't be until around lunchtime though. I need to do some food shopping as well - hopefully not too much though.
Main jobs for today:
WM X ?
TD x ? - well there's no way it'll be going on the line as it's chucking it down!
Hoover downstairs
Sort LR out
If I get time I want to try and sort my bedroom out as well but we'll see. The only thing is I can see this trip out to Wacky and McDs taking all my afternoon up.
I also want to go to Aldi as they've got some covers that go on the end of the oven shelves in today so you don't burn yourself on them.
Okay, I'm going to go and empty the TD, empty the WM, reload the TD and reload the WM. I suppose I ought to think about doing some ironing at some point as well!
Catch you all later - when you've stopped snoring!

Morning All :hello:
Hope everyone'e feeling ok today, esp little W Hope that particular lurgy doesn't whizz around anywhere!
I'm still feeling like carp. This is such a disgusting cold/cough. I'm heartily sick of it. I hate being ill!!! We all went to my Dad's house for lunch yesterday...Yum! But I was exhausted by the time we got back, and I had to go to bed for a kip!
Well, it's very quiet here, DD3 is staying with grandma, it really makes me see the impact she has on her sisters. Still, I know that we have it easy compared to some, so I'll stop moaning.... for now!
One last moan... it's persisting down here... cold and rain! not funny at all!!
See you later
*edited to add: Julie        at your OH. I hope he's ok! Do let us know.MMSSB Club Founder Member

Morning all - very depressing weather, dark and drizzling.
Today - planned as follows
Tidy downstairs, since loosing some big toys yesterday we have some more space to play with. Everyone will be helping.
Proper Sunday lunch at lunchtime with all present just 'cos I fancy it.
Finishing ironing mountain.
Hoover through.
Quick trip to Lidl/Mr T/M&S food & a wander (me time) :j
Attack my desk and more shredding of the need to do pile on it.
Accounts & tax return - find all the necessary to do it this week
that's probably enough - see you all later
wanders off with iron in one hand and coffee in t'other
MoamAlthough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.
Snowball says too far away, working hard to bring it forward.0
