Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?0 -

I find the fact you take offense offensive. Does that make sense?
I cannot and really have trawled my brain over this, understand why you would want something pulled from a thread when it's over the internet.
I really do think that you must need help for just going out shopping with the amount of insensitive people out there.
Do you ask shopping centres to ban everyone who upsets you? You know simple stuff like having doors banged into your face or a shop assistant that doesn't think you are worth talking to... etc.
It crosses the line of decency; in your head. Maybe not others though. That is why I think pulling the thread was wrong.
Anyway an anology I am going to make. At the various kids parties I go to as a parent. We all hate the 'squealer' even if it's our own. I kid you not, the moany whinging kid is not popular, even at that age.
Realy ''Gangstabird pushed me''
GBS mother '' is there blood, no, stop moaning''
Realy to another mother '' Incisor hurt my feelings''
I will leave incisor to deal with that one.
You are ''realy'' out of touch with real life and if your life is spent on here and worrying so much about something that you feel the need to complain, then you need to stop being on here. This is not the customer services desk at Asda.
You are just trying to get a gold star!
Your right it did not make sense your post.0 -
How am I the irony is you are trying to stop peoples freedom of speech.

The OP yesterday made out that the banker was going to be criminal charged so this is relevent.
"Action could also be taken on the grounds of malicious falsehood - where a claim survives for the benefit of the estate. "
Hopefully that puts this to bed now. Obviously it would have to go to court but I presume the mods do not want false allegations on their site.
Puts what to bed, your absolute decision that if something offends you must immediately be taken off the shelves.
What purile rubbish. As I said everyone including their own Mums 'hates a squealer'..0 -
You have already been told that anything written about the dead, by a farking barrister doesn't count.
Why do you think that you do?0 -

Here's yours PP - enjoy!
Ooooh you slimy little creature you!!!:D
Stop flirting with NDG - for all you know she could look like a younger version of Ann Widdecome!:p

I take it you do not understand!
Never mind perhaps the site should be closed because some can't understand the gravity of their comments. (never mind at least you had free speech)
I can't be bothered making your comments look foolish you you are doing a great job of it yourself.0 -

I don't think, that for one moment that you or I are foolish. We are disagreeing on a point. That, thankfully is allowed unless you wish to take this post away because I have said something you do not like. The gravity of comments are allowed because this is not a court.
It's a bloomin internet forum where people are allowed to discuss something like this because maybe, just maybe, they had money tied up in the bank where this fellow killed himself. I don't know maybe they didn't.
The best forums are being killed as we speak because of a few 'right on' posters moaning and whinging about the content of a post.
Just stop it and move on for goodness sake or take up needlepoint. Stop ruining discussion and 'true' debate because of your very needy 'want to do the right thing stuff'. The more you stifle debates, the more that people will end up with extremem views.0 -
Do you know what if I thought about the 'Gravity' of some peoples comments I would be classed as insane I expect. Please keep this in mind. It's only an internet forum.0

But do you not realise how serious the one comment was yesterday. It was a taken off the internet comment one that could get the site sued.
Up to you guys but I quiet like the debates on here but if stuff like that was left on you would not have a forum.
That is why they ask for it to be reported. As I said if it was not so serious and frankly sick I would have not complained.
It is the wrong post to defend. If a post got pulled because it had a swear word in fair enough but not yesterdays.
I think the OP on this thread now realises. It was not a witch hunt yesterday.
PS there was no content to debate in the post either.0
