  • Aha but I bid on it - BIN with immediate payment - using another account - and she refunded within 20 minutes.

So - she has got another negative feedback

I seriously wanted the item - that was why I bought it in the first place.

I used my Mother's account - but same surname - and she twigged
  • Who is it who is it??
    May £10 a day challenge
    £19.61/£310
    Ebay challenge...£12.61/£200
  • She now has three negatives plus two neutrals - so this Seller is going to end up not being allowed on ebay
  • Got a response from paypal re my email to them -

It is not possible to issue a full refund at this stage, unless the seller authorises us to do so. We are obliged to allow this ten day timeframe complete before any refunds can automatically be issued. The funds involved would be under temporary hold by PayPal, and even if there are no funds available in the seller's account, you are covered under PayPal Buyer Protection for this transaction. I would recommend that you contact the seller and tell them to issue you with a refund now if possible, so as not to prolong this case.

Well that is very useful - not!

The whole problem is that the psycho-Seller won't refund! Even though she has the money and the goods
paypall view above is rubbish ,if the seller refuses to refund and puts no funds in there account this buyer protection will not work.
Its all rubbish they freeze the sellers account and employ a dca to try and collect and they the seller just tell them to sod off, as you do not have to pay a dca .
paypall are still collecting one for me under the buyer protection rule its 15 months old,
saying that they are trying to force me to pay one i conserdered them to be con merchants my solicitor informed paypall if they want it we will see them in court over it but i will not hold my breath for neither.

If you want it that bad ask a friend to buy it using there id and paypal account and next time you visit them you can give them cash for it there and then.
It may be better if they are in a different location to you that way the seller won't know until the feedback is left saying something like:-
Took ages to finally get the suit i wanted as seller had a funny do so my mate bought it for me.
