Now what do I do? Psycho Seller
Cute_'n'_Quirky

When I came home I had lost internet connection until Friday morning then paid for the item.
On looking in my emails the Seller had sent 10 emails demanding immediate payment as she had forgotten to add the immediate payment to that listing - it is on all her other listings.
On Friday afternoon the Seller relisted the item I had paid for on Friday morning.
I sent an email to be told that she wasn't sending the item to me.
So I went to paypal and opened an Item Not Received Dispute and she repeated the same 'not going to send the item, item has been relisted' and is refusing to refund. Is going to go for an Unpaid Item Dispute on me to get her listing fees back
She can't open this until next week, until 8 days are up
The Seller has escalated it to a claim for paypal to sort out.
In the middle of this I phoned ebay this afternoon and logged a non-performing Seller report. Ebay said she has to send the goods, the Seller says she is waiting for someone to do a BIN and pay immediately since she had 20 watchers on that item and I didn't pay immediately.
How is it I get the psycho-Sellers?

they are all out to get you:rotfl: i would say that you have had dying relative so you couldnt get to computer..instead of truth that it just conked out on you...that seems to be the norm on Ebay...hope you win this one...TO FINISH LAST, FIRST YOU HAVE TO FINISH....0

Paypal will refund me, no problem, I am quite sure.
Can't understand why she is refusing to send AND also refusing to refund.
I didn't say anything to upset her at all.0 -
So she can't wait for her money for a couple of days so she decides to relist for another few days (so it's going to be another few days before payment?)... sounds like things are not going round in her head?
Anyway, unless you get the immediate payment thing you are allowed 7 days to make payment. It's her responsibility to ensure it's on her listing, not yours, so you shouldn't have to comply with things that are not in the instructions, after all you might not have checked that her other items do have the immediate payment thing. Two days, although being because of your computer crash is pretty good standard to me, I get people that pay after 10 days many reminders and never give any excuse or reason !
Paypal will refund you, this is a simple fact, you pay you get the item, you don't get the item you get money back. I shouldn't worry about that. Thing is it can take a few days.
As for the unpaid item dispute, I would reply with the transaction number, and report her to ebay for trying to get her fees back and giving you a strike dishonestly.
And it's up to you whether you use it or not, but if she's being really awkward you still have the neg card.
You should tell her she should put that down to experience. We all make mistakes, but we have to take responsibility from them, and learn from them and move on. It's just too bad for her.
And yes, I am a seller on Ebay, but also a buyer, and I do think that good sellers should be praised, and bad ones should be reported.0 -
By the way, if the seller escalates the dispute, the next step is to give either a partial or full refund, unless you wait until paypal takes over, which means you will probably have no problems getting your money back.0

I would definitely give her a neg after that. She sounds like a complete lunatic! Before anyone has a go at me, I am a business seller and don't normally advocates negs but in this case i think potential buyers need to be warned.0

The Seller escalated my Item not Received Dispute.
The Seller has left me positive feedback with two lots of very negative comments - have sent it to ebay to be removed.
So - have left her negative. "Seller refusing to send item. Seller refusing to refund". Her first negative so now she is sending emails calling me all sorts.
The best thing is that her relisted item with immediate payment required has not sold!!

Well that's a good thing. Would have negged her as well but didn't want to put it in previous message. Don't reply to her emails, but if they become rude then do report them to ebay.
Hope it's not put you off buying on ebay, there are some good sellers out there still !0 -
I buy a lot of stuff on ebay and most Sellers are genuine and no problem at all.
I buy, I pay, they send, no problems.
Then there are the psycho-sellers..........
