  • I think you should reply to your feedback that obviously seller couldn't wait for 1.5 days for payment to be made... how sad... there are things so much more important in life !

Paypal will refund me, no problem, I am quite sure.

Can't understand why she is refusing to send AND also refusing to refund.

I didn't say anything to upset her at all.

I have something similar on another thread where a seller has demanded more money for an item after I won it and now she refuses to either send the goods or refund me. Obviously I have an open paypal dispute which I shall win especially as they are holding funds with which to repay me.

Some sellers are just too stupid for words. No doubt our sellers will soon be posting all over the internet and thos anti paypal sites that paypal is crooked (or whatever) because their nasty horrid buyers got a full refund :rotfl:

I also will be leaving a neg for my seller which will destroy her as she had less than 20 feedback when I last checked :T

No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

As per post 7 OP has done this and as feedback breaks the new rules it will be removed.

    Silly seller.

Could be worse - you could have a psycho buyer banging on your front door with 3 heavies in the car - http://forums.ebay.co.uk/thread.jspa?threadID=1100197896&start=0
<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->
  • The feedback the psycho-seller gave me was removed by the time I got up this morning.

C'mon, name & shame the seller. We don't want the same treatment! ;)
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

I'm sure you're aware of this, but just in case...
Just beware that you, or someone else in your household doesn't sign for any unexpected letters / packages until all this is sorted and you have your refund. It's not unheard of for dodgy sellers to send empty boxes / jiffy bags of newspaper etc to get a "Delivered" on their tracking number...
Worse things will have happened in the world today...

  • Got a response from paypal re my email to them -

It is not possible to issue a full refund at this stage, unless the seller authorises us to do so. We are obliged to allow this ten day timeframe complete before any refunds can automatically be issued. The funds involved would be under temporary hold by PayPal, and even if there are no funds available in the seller's account, you are covered under PayPal Buyer Protection for this transaction. I would recommend that you contact the seller and tell them to issue you with a refund now if possible, so as not to prolong this case.

Well that is very useful - not!

The whole problem is that the psycho-Seller won't refund! Even though she has the money and the goods
