Thankfully the worst that I've had was someone who gave me neg feedback for not leaving feedback straight away - i replied that i wasn't bliged to leave feedback and it got removed.
If my typing is pants or I seem partcuarly blunt, please excuse me, it physically hurts to type. :wall: If I seem a bit random and don't make a lot of sense, it may have something to do with the voice recognition software that I'm using!
  • Spoke too soon!

This psycho-Seller opened an Unpaid Item Dispute.

Have reported her to ebay for being in breach

Responded to the UID with this -

This psycho-seller refused to send the item after I had paid. Refused to refund.
    Item paid on 26th September
Opened an Item Not Received Dispute and paypal refunded me on 29th September.
The Seller has opened an Unpaid Item Dispute this morning
I wish to report the Seller as non-performing and as being in breach of ebays t's and c's
People like this psycho-seller should not be allowed to sell on ebay.

Make sure you also enter your paypal transaction number visibly in the dispute as seller will then not be able to argue that payment was not received.

Hopefully a nice policy breach warning will make this seller reconsider their policies.

  • Come on then name and shame the seller :)
  • The Seller has given me an Unpaid Item Strike
  • Have appealed the strike with ebay with full payment details and reported the Seller for breach of ebay policy

!!!!!!!g hell this seller is nuts.

I don't think ur have owt to worry about as ebay and paypal have seen sense so far.
  • The strike will be removed, I have no doubts about that.

This happened to me once before, a similar situation, and the strike was removed with no problem.

This Seller is psycho, that's for sure

She has 285 feedback and had 100% until my neg which then gave her 99.3%

I tend to think she must have lost her original account, I wonder why??????
