Morning.

Well I have woken up and my throat is really sore today. In fact it is so swollen I can feel it without even needing to swollow. Have done the old shine a torch down your throat treat and one side is near twice as big as normal :eek: so liquid foods for me today :rolleyes:.

But the generally feeling pooy hasn't gone, so I think I will be making a Dr's appointment on monday.

I don't have much planned for today and to be honest, just want to spend the day in bed not doing anything, but I know that wont happen.

Hi

Well after feeling much better this morning, I was taken shopping by Mum, her Brother and his 11 yr old to buy said 11yr old a bra.... easy you would think. But it left me :eek: :mad: :eek: :mad: after she hated everything we showed her, but liked all the adult stuff that was SO not suitable!!!

We have left her to go with her Mum who couldn't be bothered to take her yesterday :rolleyes:

Other than that I have had a quiet day. Hit my head getting out of my uncles car which has left me with a splitting headache and feeling a little sick. Oh the joy!

I have another meeting with another recruitment agent tomorrow, and other than that I intend to do nothing!

Evening all!

Ok been having a little bit of a think today... and looking over some old pics. And I am going back on the diet.

In 2006/early 2007 I lost nearly 4 stone 7lbs :eek: And since then I have put on 3 stone 11 lbs :mad:. And it is about time, I go it off... again.

So from tomorrow, this is going to become, my debt, diet and job hunting diary. As I have lost the weight before I know I can do it.

So in total I want to lose 5 stone 11 lbs :eek: :eek: Hmmmm that's going to take some time, so I hope people don't get bored!!!

I am 5'7'' and should be about 10 stone (so I am sure you can do that maths!!)

And we are going to be aiming for more of the same. So plan for tomorrow is another visit to a recruitment agency, and eating good healthy food, I am also going to have a go at making my own tommy K!

Morning.

Ok Diet Day One!

I've not had breakfast yet as I have been busy, but I will be having my weetabix in a minute.

Lunch will probably be late to and I will aim to have some nice pasta and homemade sauce. Then dinner will be veggie sausages, veg and potatoes with gravy. And of course loads of fruit.

I have to go into town again, so will get some walking in then, and I still have LOADS of housework to do, so that should burn some calories.

Money wise. I am going to treat myself to some nice warm Pj's (£6 as I have already found them!) and car parking, but other than that it will be a low spend day!

First lot of Amazon money has been paid, so I am going to make a mental note of that and put it towards my cc payment this month. I have my job interview on Thursday and I'm waiting to hear if I have another one.

And it looks like I might be going out the new blokey again tomorrow night

Afternoon.

Meeting with the agency went well, they are going to put my cv forward for a couple of jobs, and the specialise in office positions so hopefully something will come up.

Other than that, I am currently making tomato ketchup, I have nice new warm pj's and a fleecy jumper for during the day so I don't need the heating on!

Diet is going good so far.

New blokey and I are going bowling tomorrow night which isn't expensive and should be a giggle!

Morning all.

I'm having a quiet day today, although it's wet and windy here so I am not that upset about it.

I have some bits to take to the post office later, and then I am taking Mum shopping (her money) and then I'm off bowling.

Was very lazy this morning and didn't get up until 9.30 :eek: But I obviously needed the sleep!

I would look positively anorexic if i was that weight.

But good luck on your quest

I am also intending (once things settle down) to do exactly the same and get off my fat butt and get fit.
