Morning.
I ended up reading loads of my book last night, which was nice. Will call NB later and see if he's busy this afternoon.
I've got a confidence building course from 10-1 today, so will be leaving for that shortly.
I intend to stick to the diet again today as I can't afford to buy any new clothes so need to slim back into the old ones!!!
But I imagine today will be a nice quiet one, again. Cat has just come purring up to me and is trying to sit on my lap with the laptop on it :rotfl: he's having fun!Current debt - £16,300

Hmm this one didn't go to plan. But I will work on it and get myself slim again, even if it kills me!!!
Off out with NB tomorrow afternoon, which will be nice. Will let you know what we do.
Other than that a very uneventful day, thought I was getting a migraine, but some tablets and a nap and I seem to be ok.
Ok so my aim for tomorrow is to eat some nice healthy food.Current debt - £16,300

Not been posting much.
But everything is ok, so what have I been up to:
- I've spoken to the bank and they are now processing my insurance claims on my cc and loan.
- I've spoken to the jobcentre and have an appointment next weds to sort my JSA out.
- I've not seen NB as he's still ill!!
- I've eaten loads of carp and put on yet more weight
- So I've started dieting again :rotfl:

Hi
Not been about much, feeling really low at the moment.
Still I am sure it will get better one day.
I've put on nearly a stone in weight since I've been at home, there doesn't seem to be any work about, and I have an appointment for JSA tomorrow which will be delightful I'm sure.Current debt - £16,300

I know it's hard when you're out of work. Especially in circumstances such as yours. Important thing is to keep moving and not look at the same 4 walls all the time.
Are you fixed where you are in the country? Or can you move elsewhere for work?"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

I'm not fixed here, but all my family are here and most of my friends, so I am loathed to go anywhere else.
Plus I doubt I could afford the move if I am honest. But we'll see what happens.

I could, but I am loathed to do so as most of my friends and family are here and to be honest I'm not sure I could actually afford a move! I will keep it in mind though.

'Tis only a suggestion - but something to keep an eye open about. Many people do work away temporarily until the right position comes up."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Evening all.
Well today has been a busy day.
Was pottering about this morning getting ready for my JSA appointment, and the phone rings  :rotfl: and it was a company I had an interview with back in Feb (I didn't get the job) asking if I was still looking forward (Oh YES!!) and would I be able to go for an interview....
So I had an interview at 3.30pm this afternoon. The HR lady seems desperate to have me and ok my salary when we spoke on the phone, although the guy who interviewed me reacted like it was to much. So we shall see.
But I've sorted out my JSA, still not sure what I am getting, but should find that out the end of next week.
I have one other job to apply for, and one of my recruitment agencies has emailed me about a position, so we shall see what happens there.
Hope everyone else is ok xCurrent debt - £16,300
