hiya Fred! haven't seen you for a while! Hello again louby - i can only echo - 21lb is a great achievement well done! 16lb for christmas is a very big target - you might want to break it down into a a few smaller ones to make it seem more manageable.

off out for dinner tonight! french bistro so going for a red day. I am NOT allowed a dessert! or any wine, so thsat should help minimise the damage.

Morning my DS and I are on the sick list, he has got 'man flu':rotfl: :rotfl: I have high temperature and ear infection, is it wrong to be pleased thinking that I feel lousy so that will stop me eating and hopefully loose the 3lb gain I have had in the last 2 weeks and get me back to maintain weight?:rotfl: :rotfl: Well in a warped way, I am, going back to bed, first seeing to the 'man flu' lad and then mentally counting the calories I am not having:rotfl:

vix not bothered about only xmas staff needed because I have spinned it to positive, if I am good they will keep me on or at least remember me when they need extra staff another time, I just want to get in there , prove how good I am and then they will realise there is no way they can continue without me lol xxx

Hello everybody peeps...ees only meeee!.

Only got back from Cyprus V. late last night and just like grannynise we had really good food, I had far too much local beer and the weather was so gorgeous I even have a good safe tan.

My swap box has arrived, was waiting on my doormat when I got home.

Granny you must let me know where you stayed so we can compare notes.

Better go have to unpack and do the washing ....booooo .

I got a missed parcel note yesterday. I won't be able to pick it up until tomorrow morning on the way to work. I'm not that post-worthy so I think its safe to assume it is the swap box.

Reporting as STS today, i'm really upset. Thought i'd been good but apparently not. Ah well there's always next week.
