Well done on the loss bails louby, and anyone else who's lost or STS Welcome Louby too:T

Thanks BB, I'm delighted I've lost too, after this week:D

Commiserations to the gainers, this weight loss stuff does go in swings and roundabouts!

Sorry you're not well, bails, victory, and dragon. Good luck with the tests bails, and thanks for the SW info, I'll book myself in with the nurse here, just in case.

I've been for acupuncture at the local teaching (half price) clinic today to see if I can get some help with my food cravings, I seem to take one step back for every one forward, and am feeling desperate. I've used it in the past for pain and found it very effective, so we'll see. My weight's narrowing my potential job market, (already couldn't apply for 1 job I liked because it *involved a lot of kneeling* icon9.gif). So though it's expensive, it could potentially make me much better off long term. Sorry for the waffle:o.

    Hope everyone else is OK.
    Anytime;)

Oh well, 4lbs on. Clearly the swimming was neither far enough nor fast enough to counteract the cocktails.

I am back on here after trying to struggle through by myself for the last 6 months.
I'd love to lose about 8 lbs before Christmas :)
My clothes are all starting to feel a little bit tight on me again :o so decided it's time to fix it before it gets out of control!
I'm saving up my Topshop vouchers that I get from surveys etc and as soon as i've lost 10lbs i'm going to go on a little clothes spree!!

I hope reading this thread will get me back on track :D

Well done to everyone who's lost weight this week..

Only 1LB loss this week, feel a bit gutted but suppose it had to slow down eventually.

Still the upside today one of my work mates Andy commented ' Have you lost weight? you seem to be shrinking'

Felt really good, 50 year old women are not invisible after all.:j

Vic, not sure what you meant, perhaps you mixed me up with someone else?

No tests here peeps, just a new doctor health check (bp etc) - all fine! I do hope the new doctor is better BB, thanks - TBH just joined local one as needed to for now (may need to find a specialist one if poss later on).
