    Argh can't weigh myself yet as we have the builders here and I don't like getting my kit off in the bathroom to jump on the scales with them here. Having said that does everyone else get their kit off to weigh themselves or am I cheating?

    Serendis, I am SO with you on the Wispa front, yum! :D

    Just in case this is of use to anyone, at my appointment today the nurse offered me some help with losing weight - a fasting blood test to check my cholesterol, plus 3 months' vouchers for WW and a pedometer. Worth a shot to see if your surgery will do the same.

    I love the way you revealed the flavour Missy, would never have thought of doing that!

    since last week! Amazing what a fluey thing and stress can do!!
