    Morning everyone!

Victory, hope things start looking up with the job situation soon :) Ever thought of working for yourself? You clearly have talents in doing up houses, and I'm sure many other things too! Sorry to hear the food issues have been a problem lately - you should feel a sense of achievement for losing the gains as well as you do though :) They never get a chance to mount up!

Vix have a lovely anniversary with your man today :D

Well done to everyone who's had good results this past week! FFM you are doing great, I'm still keeping a close eye on your numbers to see what I should be aiming for!

It's all good news from me, I have a 0.5lb loss even though I went over my calorie allowance very slightly last week. Week 9 without a gain :D Exercise is going great, and after this week I will review things - if I'm still not gaining I will put the calories up a bit more *fingers crossed*

    Have a good week everyone!
  • Hi guys! Sorry for late reporting - actually lost 1.5lbs last week (yippeeee!!!) - sorry Grannynise for mucking up the results, i keep reporting late as weigh in on wednesdays so was STS week of 8th, and -1.5lbs week of 15th.

Sorry for mucking up results - will try and be quicker reporting back :)

Well done on great losses everyone!! Total loss now 11lbs so am chuffed :)

Morning, another one who's lost the plot here.

I weighed early last week, because I was going away. I'd lost another pound at that stage, went away to visit my relative, came back, weighed, and I was up 6lbs:eek:. I knew I'd eaten a little bit more in those 3 days, and the food was more fatty than we have at home, but . I didn't even have the pleasure of crisps, chocolate, cakes, etc. to make up for it, just 'normal' food. Since then I've proceeded to eat my way through the local shop, because I felt so demoralised:o. I guess I'm another one with an enduring food addiction:rolleyes:. Trying to get back on track starting today, no idea what I weigh though, I'm too scared to look.

I haven't posted for a few days because I was too ashamed and embarassed, and just didn't know what to say. Sorry all.

Victory, it sounds as though you've done pretty well since your blip. Good luck on the job front, I'm looking too, so know how you feel. Hopefully something will turn up for you soon. Well done on sorting the house out.

    Happy aniversary Vix!

Well done to all the losers and STS.
    Anytime;)

  • blimey stacie! you're going great guns!

jay - just weigh in once a week! Seriously. MY weight can vary by up to a kg in the space of a day! pick a day and a time, and what you'll wear and ONLY weigh in then. I go for weds morning (handy for chart) after my morning wee ( it DOES make a difference) but before breakfast (def makes a difference). Oh, and in my my nightie because they're all roughly the same. To give you an idea of how sensitive you can be to weight changes, I experimented and weighed myself before and after breakfast one morning - 500ml of water, 2 weetabix and milk. the scales showed a 0.7kg gain. go easy on yourself!

Thanks KPC, I do usually, but was going away and not sure if I'd be back Fri (my usual weigh-in day), then when I was back Fri...well :o. I was partly peeved cos I hadn't even enjoyed the food that made me gain, as well as gutted at the gain, (my weight doesnt usually fluctuate much, so up is really up). But I'm in for the long haul, and there are far worse things happening in the world than a slight weight gain.

    Well done stacie!!!
    Anytime;)

Im moving home this thursday!!!!!!! Im so excited!!!!!!!! matts packing as we speak and im sitting on here haha. He's a happy chappy now and so am i! What an anniversary present. Although part of matts anniversary present to me was a cooking book! ha, i think he has got the wrong idea about me :p

I also got chatted up by a man in fenwicks today, i went red!!! I hate it cos im the kind of girl who flirts with men, and if i flirt i dont mind being flirted back at but when its man first i hate it. Couldnt think of anything worse! The man who cut my hair today was called ringo, a mix between the old elpaso man and ringo star (literally!!) He also had tight trousers on that left nowt to the imagination!! Its been a good day!!

I also got my hand threaded by some woman who wanted me to get my eyebrows done. It is a blimming good little thing too, although she kept going with it and i thought hang on, when these hairs grow back i'll have thick horrible hand hair!!

anyway, sorry im blabbing on about oneself.

Stacie: Dont be silly! Everyone has something good, you just gotta realise it, tap into it and use it to your advantage!
