ha, trust you to have that poll raph! :p

I voted for my bum, because if you rub your boobs over someone you look a bit of a !!!!!! really, at least doing it with your bum looks a bit more sexy :p Or like youre wiping your bum dog style but you guys know what i mean!! I do like my boobs but they are too small to be used in an erotic form, so the bum gets it!

although raph, what is suggs going to put? no option for his willy being his favourite thing! If it is that is, just guessing :p

I found out today that my payrise is kicking in.... to minimum wage!! I was above minimum wage before it went up, and now im on it. So anyone new who works on lingerie is going to be on the same wage as me if they are over 21 i think, regardless of my 3 years experience and my title of bra fit advisor. So screw debenhams, when the christmas temps start working im not even going to help them with anything.

AND today i was meant to do 9-2 and i stayed untill half 5 cos they were short, and they still pay me minimum wage!!!! Im doing the bare minimum now, not going to come in early or anything. I am officially rebelling.

    Ok rant over :p

Does that not make it a payDROP? Why couldn't they keep you on the rate you were? Hoped you argued with the pay people.

No, carry on ranting to whoever made this decision. Maybe it can be changed. Have you tried directly asking for more money, given your experience, the good will you've shown in working overtime , your enthusiasm aand expertise? Shall we all write to the branch manager and tell him/her what a star you are? We could pretend we were customers with very awkward fitting problems who you'd helped. This is actually me.

hahahaha!! I think i would refuse to fit someone like that!

Anyway, last year everyone got a payrise and i didnt. I kicked up a fuss to my manager and we had a meeting about it. The reason she didnt give me one was based on 6 months before that when i failed a test shop because i didnt ask for an account. She said it was a harsh decision and in the end i got the pay rise. In the last appraisal i had i got something like 92% out of a hundred or something, quite a good score i thought, but im still on minimum wage!!!

I just dont feel like i can go to her again about it, perhaps i should just carry on and do the minimum amount of work i can per hour to reflect my pay!! Or, i could transfer to London and get paid a higher wage, then move back to canterbury where my pay rate would remain the same!

Hopefully i will be out of there soon!

have a nice day everyone, im working 12-7 (overtime) today so i shall be chatting for all of it!
