welcome weesmiler! had a fab day at work - wow! got a really geeky job to do - recoding our databases. I have to reclassify all the cooked meats in every retailer and decide how we should be recording them as sales - so that i can track trend information and stuff. It may involve the use of coloured pencils and will definitely involve involve lots of lists. WOOOOHOOOOO.

Granny - my results are out. Weightloss this week is -1lb.. total weightloss to date is 14lbs.

Glad to hear the brain is fine.

My total loss to date should be 11lbs (though I'd prefer the 20 loss on the sheet )

Me too Grannynise about the scan - sorry I missed the chart last night - I sts seem to be on a big plateau at the mo!
I don't think I have lost as much as the chart says.... I will check back and see.
Hope everyone is doing OK health wise - there seem to be a few people struggling at the mo (Dragon and BB to name 2) - big hugs:D .
I am wide awake after being woken up by hubbies snoring and the amazinh hunter's Moon outside! Thought I'd come down and watch the news and see if I could get tired again as I certainly will be later today!! lol
