well done katyk.
vix, I have a cunning plan, never fear . . . . . .
Feel poo today. Don';t know why i did it but had a crazy binge yesterday and slept so badly. So i didn't learn my lesson friday, but hopefully learnt it yesterday. Trying for some damage limitation today but am going out to friends so could be difficult - I'll have curry to their pizza i think. Lots of rice and fruit today, that will help.0 -
STS this week on an average 1482 cals/day + 5 hours wii fit + 2 hours light/medium outdoor exercise + 40 mins walk on 4 days.
If you call that 'lightly active' I should have been able to eat 1773 cals/day and still STSMy aim isn't to lose any more weight, I just want to get those calories up to normal levels without gaining.
Still, I think it's a good result for the first week of raised calories (250/day more than I was on before) and the first week back out jogging etc. I'll be sticking at this level for another 3 weeks to give things chance to settle down, then I'll review again.
Good luck everyone else this week!0 -

Morning all, nice weekend, though I didnt play rugby, Took son to Nando's for lunch yesterday, I think his eyes were bigger than his belly! lol I am still running things over in my mind over the exam, it did affect my eating Friday, but some of that was relaxing a little as the kids were down.
Im out all day tomorrow currently, will get home around 7pm and will need to up and out the house for 4am Wednesday for run to the airportAt least I have something to look forward too. Shame I seem to have picked up a slight cold (boo hiss!!)
Have decided to run a half marathron in leiu of not making the London Marathron, so In March I will be running/jogging/walking around Silverstone race circuit .
Trust all ok with yourself Delly, thanks for the acknowledgementVictory, I trust you given the doc a right boot! lol

Hi all. I've been a bit absent in the last couple of weeks (burying my head again). I have been keeping up with the running despite the food control going out of the window. I got the book 'fat people skip breakfast' and it is so true - everything in there is describing me and the way I am about food. I have finally admitted to myself that I am a binger - I hate that word but it is true.
Anyway, I am trying to minimise the damage from the last 10 days of indulgence but I am sure to be the GOTW (gainer of the week) despite this.
Hope you are all ok particularly Delly (fab 100th post). Well done also to kymrod, suggs and raphael for great recent losses and also *so jealous* Lois of your forthcoming adventure.0 -
Hello all. Thanks for your lovely 100th post delly. It has felt easy and natural to offer support to you and I know from my own expereince how truely invaluable our virtual friendship on here are.
Well done missy of sts and on the very diciplined slow and steady return to exercise:T .
Hope you are feeling less yuck kpc.
Beanie - it's horrid to think of you cold. I hope you get a few more thermals form primark. I swear by hot water bottles. I knew someone one in scotland who sat in her sleeping bag which kept her snug. I know it sounds extreme but I would do that myself if I didn't have lodgers who need (and are entitled to have)the heating on.
well done katyk & mennie, & kymrob. A very bog weell done to victory for ignoring the midweek weigh in & not panicking:T . Hope you are getting some pain relief now.
I weighed myself yesterday:eek: (please include WWII air raid siren sound effects to that). I have got to take myself in hand. I seem to be ravenous at the mo - I think it is my meds. Yesterday I was seriously hungry half an hr after a nice meal. I need to return to strict SW'ing. I do better on red days and these last few months have cut down on meat purchases but I think it is proving counter productive. Meat without carbs just keeps me full longer. At the mo I don't want to weigh myself again til wed week so won't wi for the chart this week. I don't want to lose 1lb and then relax in a 'oh yes, I can do this', which is what has been happening.
Having fun starting to get my swapbox together.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
