FFM I'm still waiting for the fat people ... breakfast book. I ordered it from a bookshop but it hasn't yet arrived - problems with the suppliers or something. Now I know there are rude bits in it I want it even more.:p

I'm pretty sure it's out of print, so if you've ordered it from a bricks and mortar bookshop they may struggle to source it.

There are a few on Amazon, or Greenmetropolis (for cheapest copy I can find) http://www.greenmetropolis.com/book.asp?id=1271253&author=Janogly+Lee&title=Only%20Fat%20People%20Skip%20Breakfast

Alternatively, like Beanie, how about your library.

Well, since food isn't comforting me atm and spending money is only providing me with a very temporary relief, I have no idea what I can do to make myself feel better.

How about a punching bag? Could always stick a picture on it of the ex!

Marion well done!!! :T Things like that really inspire you to keep going. :D

Well I'm back from my dirty weekend away with the missus. Fry-up's 3 days in a row, plus fish & chips, a roast and daily snacks of fresh donuts & biscuits. I think I had one small tangerine all weekend. :o It was so nice to get back to the gym today and get back on the fruit & salad.
Had museli, raspberrys and strawberry yogurt for breakfast, rivitas & cottage cheese for lunch, snack of salad and stirfry for tea. Very nice :)

I will be putting holiday pics on my thread later, so have a perusal later if you wish :D

Edit : Forgot to say, that even with the 3 fry-ups and all the other junk I only gained 1.3 lbs this week, which I'm happy with. Had to weigh myself Tues morn as I was away Monday.

  • awwww, poor gert. 1.2 on is not bad considering! I am trying to be good today - more birthday cakes in the office dammit! GOT to be good as am at a networking event tonight with canapes. Hoping not to repeat that lemon meringue pie incident.
