Hi everyone - sorry I've been missing in action since we got back from Crete! Work has gone mad and my spare time has been catching up on admin !!
I've tried to catch up as best as I can and can I say Delly - your post was so lovely and positive - you go girl and have a great night on Saturday.
KPC - I know what you mean about crap food making you feel crap - I coined a saying a few years ago which sums it up to me - you are today what you ate yesterday!!
Marion - that was such a milestone in your weigh in story - it made me feel so proud of you.
I have just got back from the gym and did,10 minutes on a cross country programme on the bike.25 minutes on a up and down programme on the cross trainer3 times 20 sit ups on the ballvarious 3 times 10 chest and upper arm weights and 3 times 10 side rolls on the ball for my lat abs.A good work out and had a great laugh with Darren the trainer.

I have tried to speed read all the posts I have missed and am sorry if I have missed anything significant..... when is the box day - I have my person to post to, but have forgotten the date - sorry ;o( .
Hope everyone is doing OK, I have STS this week which is good as no rebound weight gain from the holiday - yeah!
I have tried to make the STS bold and coloured but the buttons aren't working for me!!

    Evening all

STS this week I think (different scales!).

Saw OMD last night and they were brilliant! And to add to a great night I was chatted up and not by a minger either! Was with my sis and her hubby so we had a good laugh about it afterwards but it felt great to think I still had 'it'. Didn't tell OH all the details as I could see he was getting a bit funny as I started to tell him about it (hate to have secrets).

Mum took me shopping today for my birthday and as I was feeling a bit youthful today (see above!) I opted for a beautiful tunic, skinny jeans which I'll tuck into my new boots(from OH) and some lovely undies.

Fantastic news Marion you must have felt so pleased with yourself and well done on the job front Mellymeep.

    Welcome staciep!

Hope you have sorted the tabs out Vic!
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

Congratualtions to Katyk for a 6lb loss (even if it was a two week weigh in) and new Stacie with a 5lb loss. Special mention to Purplecatlover, Fredsnail, lLois, Leyla, Kymrob, Julesgr for actually losing anything at all. Suggs and Beanie lost too but as they are supposed to be maintaining it just isn't clever:rolleyes:

And lets hear it for the STS peeps --- well done us!

I remember some discussion earlier this week about gainer of the week ... but sorry folks those little gains don't really deserve a mention and anyway they'll soon be gone.

I hope I haven't missed any posts .... let me know and I'll put them on the chart before next week.
