ok, I've give up for the evening. The chart just refuses to show up, and I have no computer skills whatsoever to get to the bottom of it. May even be the forum for all I know.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0

Don't worry about it BB, I wish i could help but I probably have even less computer skills than you do! I have been struggling with excel for about 10 years now and still have no idea:o:eek:

BB - I think the swear filter on MSE may have replaced some letters from your url:

If you rename the file or get a new tinypic URL with something other than those 3 letters you might be OK?0 -
Morning everyone! The sun shone here for about 5 minutes this morning - it was quite exciting:j, but then it went all grey again
.
Here is my plan for the day:
Breakfast - egg, bacon and tomatoes, chinese pear and a yogurt (all free:D)
Lunch - HM vegetable soup with scan brans topped with 1 tblsp peanut butter and sliced banana (free + heb + 4.5 syns)
Dinner - SW recipe beefburger on wholemeal roll with SW chips with spicy salsa dip (heb + 6 syns + free + 2 syns) followed by fresh raspberries and yogurt (free and I got the raspberries reduced last night for 40p!)
Milk in drinks through the day will be my hea. This is a total of 12.5 syns for the day.

It was ok thanks! I had stripped most of the meat off but left the wings and a few bits on including the parsons nose! I pressure cooked it for about half an hour, then strained it into a large bowl which I left in the fridge over night and then skimmed the fat off (there wasn't much to be honest). Then I added the chicken pieces back in with some vegetables and simmered together for about half an hour. Being totally honest I couldn't swear that it tasted any better than chicken soup made with knorr stock cube or granules though
Not sure if I would do it again as I am a naturally lazy type of cook:D;)!
