I love tuna and corn bake, it's really easy to make and it's lovely cold too. I often have it with jacket potatoes and then take any leftovers to work for lunch the next day.

    tin of tuna
    tin of sweetcorn
    3 eggs
    half pint of milk
    tbs plain flour
    packet crisps
    Grated cheese

    mix together eggs and milk.
Add drained tuna and sweetcorn and flour
    Season
    Pour into quiche dish
Crush crisps, mix with cheese and sprinkle on top
Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Any ideas on what to do with this tuna ?
Do you cook it? (how?) Eat it cold?
There's no instructions and I've received it as a substitute / mistake.
    thanks

It's already cooked. Tuna mayonnaise? Tomato & tuna pasta sauce? Recipes available on request. I usually use tinned tuna, but I can't see why this shouldn't work as well.
If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5? :)

Yes, just like a tin :)

This thread has actually reminded me that I have a couple of tins of tuna in the cupboard that have been there quite a while :o

How about a Nicoise-style salad? This type of tuna is usually pretty decent quality, so I'd make the most of it. :)
