Excuse me but i did read the terms and conditions. Who are you to judge me. I authorised one payment not bloody 6 so please read the emails properly before you start upsetting people even more.:naughty: Im so glad you have never been scammed but trust me you will be at one point in your life.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

If I remember correctly, they charge a joining fee and a monthly fee. Just by joining, you are authorising them to charge you, whether it's once or 20 times.

Technically, it is not a scam. They are completely legal and state everything in the terms and conditions.

I'm not judging you. I'm telling you sh*t happens, you signed upto it knowing you'll be charged all sorts (as stated in the terms). They (or your bank) may be generous enough to give you a refund but they haven't broken the law and any lawyer will tell you that.

Many people have successfully got a refund by calling them directly. Perhaps you should try this, if you haven't already.

I had already cancelled my membership within 3 days so therefor i should not be getting further payments dedudted. as for it been lawfull i spoke to a police officer and told them about htis comapny and theyhave logged a fraud enquiry and they see this as criminal. I did not at any point authorise them to take numerous amount of money out my account and to be fair i am only 24 yrs old anyway i have contacted my bank and stopped my card and cancelled my bank account. you obiviosly don't have a shre of kindness or sympathy in your heart people know that they have done wrong and do not need you preaching to them.:mad: One more thing do you work for one one of these dodgy companies because you sure would suit them. :rotfl:

No I do not work for companies such as E-Platinum. I'm merely stating the obvious. You authorised the charges when you hit the Apply button. In the terms and conditions, it usually states "By applying for this product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions", which means they'll charge you fees when they see fit.

The Police will determine that this is legal when(or if) they investigate.
