There's a recipe I have around here somewhere that uses some bran to add to brownies with banana in to make low fat brownies. A quick Google search gives some good recipes for muffins too.

As ubamother saidYou could also mix with cheese as a crunchy topping for pasta bake; make savoury muffins (adapting the sweet bran muffin recipes above)

I use a mixture of Sainsbobs Fruit & fibre bran flakes and a packet of Special K apricot & peach flakes and have mixed the two boxes together in a big cereal container and its really quite nice for breakfast.I think Bran is a bit of an aqquried taste if your not used to it on its own0
