Hows about the famous weetabix brownies..I'm sure you could substitute the bran flakes, especially as they are already crushed.....
If it helps, 1 weetabix weighs 19g or 5/8oz.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -

Could you mix them with flour and make a crumble topping?0

If I have a lot of crumbs at the end of a packet of cereal or if I buy a new cereal and find I don't like it (e.g. I currently have some 'Oats and More' to use up) then I put it in crumble topping. You can replace up to half the flour with breakfast cereal.
This doesn't apply to you as your cereal is already in crumbs, but I usually whizz it all together in the food processor to break up the cereal.
In fact this evening I've just had some apple crumble made with Oats and More - disgusting as a breakfast cereal but made a delicious crumble!0 -
I like 1 cup of grated cheese to 2 cups crushed cereal on the top of pies and savoury dishes instead of pastry--- yumTry and do a good deed every day.0
