  • ...went for a mooch at our small local store, none to be had :(
...apparently Currys as a company have dropped the Game Cube platform so you will probably only find it in the larger stores as they run out the existing stock....
  • Boo!! Leeds Crown Point and Dixons at White rose and city centre have sold out! Nevermind, maybe next time good post though.

They had a few left in this morning in the Sheffield store at Heeley Retail Park after I'd picked mine up, they're on a table just as you go into the store on the right hand side!
  • did you get the game at the heely branch?
I already have the gamecube, but would love to play octavia of time, i missed out on the n64 generation and have only just got into games, but lovve zelda.
if anyone picks up the zelda demo but doesn't want it can they please let me know. will pay postage and beer costs :)
  • I bought 4 from reading oxford road currys. there was 4 more availble at oxford road currys but with no games.
  • I wanted to buy 4 or 5 on top of the one I bought to sell on. Just can't be bothered with the hassle!

Solihull Retail Park had 12 left after I bought mine at about 9.15 this morning! The guy really wasn't bothered, he told me it was a bargain, and offered me the lot!! I said maybe later..........

But the game for 1p? Does this have to be bought with the console at time of purchase?

I wouldn't bother trying to sell them on to be honest they don't go for much. Just look at Ebay, I reckon you would lose money after fees as ones with a few fames don't go for more than £50, lots of them less than £40 and bare consoles don't always sell at £25....

Zelda games are simply the best. 'Ocarina of time' on the N64 is the best game ever made.

Gamecube is a must buy as it's the only console where you can get -

    Metroid Prime
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (with bonus 'Ocarina of time' disc)
    Super Mario Sunshine
    Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
    Mario Power Tennis
The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures
    Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour

Along with the best versions of Resident Evil (including Resident Evil 4) and Super Monkey Ball 2, and you've got an amazing console for a stunning price.
    Titch :)

 My daughter reserved 3,1 for her & 2 for friends @ cheltenham store @ 8.20am,she went to collect them, they had just sold them to someone else, thinking they were her,& sales rep was totally abusive to son in law, saying well tough,& tried to sell him consoles with no box or leads or controller for £20,needless to say he told him,no thanks, but the local branch @ gloucester are trying to get her games from another store & phoning her later,he could'nt be more helpful, the guy @ gloucester store that is......so will have to wait & see....
:T It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice. :T
